Brian Mykytiuk has been maintaining boat bottoms underwater for 16 years. He and his wife, Lindy, own and operate Neptune Dive Service of Ventura, California. Between Channel Islands Harbor and Ventura Harbor, Neptune services over 150 boats monthly.
