Constant Camber 35 (TRI)
Description
The Constant Camber 35 (CC 35) trimaran was designed by John Marples (in collaboration with Jim Brown, who pioneered the Constant Camber wood-epoxy construction method for multihulls). It was introduced in the late 1970s to early 1980s (plans first published around that period, with early builds following soon after, as part of Marples' Constant Camber series emphasizing accessible amateur construction and offshore cruising capability). The boat is not a mass-production model from a single factory but a plans-based design for owner-builders or small yards, using the Constant Camber technique (curved plywood sheets on a single mold for efficient hull building).
