Hans Christian
Hans Christian Yachts was founded by the Kanter family and became renowned for building traditional heavy-displacement cruising sailboats designed for serious offshore sailing. Based in Taiwan and later the US, Hans Christian produced boats from 33 to 48 feet featuring full keels, traditional styling, and exceptional build quality. Working with designers including Robert H. Perry and others, the company created boats known for their seaworthiness, comfort, and ability to carry substantial loads for extended cruising. Hans Christian boats became popular with long-distance cruisers and liveaboards who valued their traditional design principles and robust construction.
