Tanton 42 CT
Description
The Tanton 42 CT (often listed as TANTON 42 CT or associated with Ta Chiao/CT series boats) refers to a 42-foot bluewater cruising sailboat design by Yves-Marie Tanton (Yves-Marie de Tanton). It's part of his portfolio of innovative offshore cruisers from the late 1970s–1980s era, built primarily by Ta Chiao Shipyard in Taiwan (the same yard that produced the well-known CT series, including the Tanton-designed CT-43/CT-44 cat-ketches and others like the CT-42 Mermaid ketch).
