Soverel 48 Ketch
Description
The Soverel 48 Ketch is a staysail ketch designed by Bill Soverel and built by Soverel Marine (USA) from 1973 to 1987. This 48-foot vessel represents the apex of Bill Soverel's original vision for Soverel Marine: a vessel that captures the uncompromising speed of a racing yacht while providing the displacement and volume necessary for serious offshore cruising. With only 16 boats built during its 14-year production run, the Soverel 48 stands as the flagship of the North Palm Beach-based builder and represents a limited-production vessel that leaned heavily into the company's semi-custom philosophy.
