Description
The Lockley Skimmer 45 is a production iceboat designed by J.T. Lockley and first built in 1971 by Wind Products (USA). Windward Boatworks acquired the rights to the Skimmer 45 from Wind Products in 2022 and continues manufacturing these popular entry-level iceboats today.
