Sagitta 30
Description
The Sagita 30 is a 30-foot performance cruiser designed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co and built by Hanse Yachts in Germany from 2008 to 2012. This model represents Hanse's venture into the performance-oriented sailing market, featuring a modern hull design with chined topsides and a distinctive plumb bow that maximizes waterline length for enhanced speed potential. Built using vacuum-infused fiberglass construction with foam core sandwich in the topsides and solid laminate below the waterline, the boat incorporates a cast iron fin keel with lead bulb and spade rudder configuration optimized for performance sailing. Production was limited during its four-year run, with approximately 150-200 units built before Hanse discontinued the model to focus on their more traditional cruising-oriented designs.
