Oonagh

Description

The Oonagh is a modern wooden rowing/sailing dinghy (pram design) created by naval architect Doug Hylan of Hylan & Brown Boatbuilders in Brooklin, Maine. Introduced around 2020, it's marketed as a practical, attractive alternative to inflatable RIB tenders for larger yachts—versatile for use as a dinghy, family daysailer, fishing boat, camp-cruiser, or utility tender. It's nicknamed "Arriba" in some contexts (from Off Center Harbor videos) and has gained popularity through detailed build series and positive reviews for its stability, performance under oars/sail/motor, and simple plywood construction.
