Catalina Morgan 45
Description
The Catalina Morgan 45 is a premium American recreational sailboat designed as a spacious center-cockpit blue-water cruiser, blending Catalina's production efficiency with Morgan's classic styling for comfortable long-distance voyaging. Designed by Nelson Marek, it was built by Catalina Yachts (in Largo, Florida) from 1991 to 1999. During this 9-year production run, approximately 150–200 units were constructed, based on resale market data and brokerage records (exact figures not publicly detailed, but it was a popular model in the joint Catalina-Morgan lineup before the 440 succeeded it).
