Mohawk 17 Canoe
Description
The Mohawk 17 refers to several 17-foot canoe models produced by Mohawk Canoes (a U.S. manufacturer originally based in Florida, now in Chattanooga, TN, focusing more on parts and whitewater canoes). Mohawk was known for affordable, durable, entry-to-mid-level canoes in materials like Royalex (or similar composites), Royalite/R-84, and fiberglass. They built popular 17-footers for recreational paddling, tripping, fishing, and light whitewater.
