Mirage 25
Description
The Mirage 25 is a compact, trailerable coastal cruiser-racer designed by renowned naval architect Robert (Bob) Perry and built by Mirage Yachts Ltd. in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, from 1982 to 1984, with over 130 hulls produced. Constructed in fiberglass with wood trim (often teak accents), it features a wide-beam hull for exceptional interior volume in its 25-foot class, a fixed fin keel (standard or shoal draft options), and a transom-hung rudder for responsive handling. The masthead sloop rig emphasizes balanced performance in light to moderate winds, making it suitable for weekend cruising, club racing, or family outings for 2–5 people, with a spacious open-plan saloon, enclosed head, and L-shaped galley. It's powered by an outboard motor and praised for its value, quality build (including a leak-proof hull-deck joint), and livability
