Lancer 29
Description
The Lancer 29 (also known as the Lancer 29 Mark III or 29-3) is a classic American cruising sailboat produced by Lancer Yacht Corp. from around 1977 to 1980. It was designed by the renowned Cuthbertson & Cassian (C&C) team and is believed to have used molds related to the C&C 30, before being renamed the Lancer 30 in 1982. This model is a masthead sloop rig with a fiberglass hull, featuring a raked stem, plumb transom, and skeg-mounted rudder. It offers a good balance of performance and coastal cruising comfort, with a generous sail plan that performs well in light air.
