Jeanneau Sangria 25

Description

The Jeanneau Sangria 25 is a timeless French trailerable cruiser-racer designed by Philippe Harlé and produced by Jeanneau (with some by Gibert Marine) from 1969 to 1982. At 25 feet LOA, it's celebrated as one of Europe's most successful small sailboats, with 2,336 units built, thanks to its seaworthy fin keel hull, masthead sloop rig, and affordable, no-frills design ideal for coastal cruising, club racing, or family weekends. Known for its stable motion, light-air efficiency, and simplicity (trailerable under 4,000 lb loaded), it's a "starter classic" for novices or budget sailors, though not suited for heavy offshore without upgrades. The active class association (Les Amis du Sangria et l'Aquila) keeps it vibrant in France and beyond.
