Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45

Description

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 is a high-performance family cruiser designed by Philippe Briand and the Jeanneau design team, produced from 2005 to 2007. At 45 feet LOA, it succeeds the popular 45.2 model with refined lines, enhanced interior volume, and a focus on easy short-handed sailing while delivering speeds suitable for coastal or light offshore passages. Built with a Kevlar-reinforced fiberglass hull for durability, it features a fractional sloop rig, bulb keel options, and versatile layouts sleeping 8-10. Around 200 units were made, and it's lauded for its balance of speed, comfort, and style. A deck saloon variant (Sun Odyssey 45 DS, 2007-2010) adds raised saloon windows for panoramic views.
