Jeanneau Attalia 32
Description
The Jeanneau Attalia 32 (often just called the Attalia) is a French cruising sailboat designed by the Joubert-Nivelt team, based on the successful 1981 IOR Half Ton class world champion yacht Air Bigouden. Built by Jeanneau from 1982 to 1988, it was one of the early models to blend performance-oriented hull design with spacious interiors for family cruising. Approximately 871 units were produced, making it a popular choice in Europe and North America. Variants include a deep-draft fin keel, shoal-draft fin, and a keel/centerboard (swing keel) option for shallow waters. Constructed with fiberglass hull and balsa-cored deck, it's a masthead sloop suited for coastal and light offshore sailing, though not ideal for heavy blue water use due to its lightweight build.
