Hullmaster 22

Description

The Hullmaster 22 is a compact, trailerable Canadian-built fiberglass sailboat, originally designed by Howard Hughes (co-founder of Hughes Boat Works). It was produced under various names and builders: starting as the North Star 22 or Hughes 22 in the early 1970s, then rebadged as the Hullmaster 22 by Hullmaster Boats, Ltd. (Canada) from around 1973 onward. Production was limited, making it a relatively rare classic pocket cruiser/racer from the trailer-sailer era. It's known for light displacement, spirited performance for its size, and versatility with a centerboard keel.
