Hans Christian 34

Description

The Hans Christian 34 (HC-34) is one of the most beloved and misunderstood models in the entire Hans Christian lineup—often called “the prettiest boat Hans Christian ever built” and “the best 34 ft bluewater cruiser on the planet.” Designed by Robert Perry in 1975 and built 1976–1985 by Shing Fa Boatbuilding (Taiwan), only ~108 hulls were ever produced before the mold was controversially “stretched” into the HC-36 and then the iconic HC-38T. That rarity, combined with Perry’s perfect sheer and Harwood Ives’ exquisite interior, makes a good HC-34 worth more today than many larger Hans Christians.
