Grand Soleil 45

Grand Soleil 45

Description

Grand Soleil 45 (Frers) from Cantiere del Pardo (Grand Soleil Yachts), designed by renowned Argentine naval architect Germán Frers and produced from around 1988 onward (with production in the late 1980s–1990s; some hulls into early 2000s). It's an iconic Italian cruiser-racer from the brand's "golden era," known for elegant lines (sometimes nicknamed "Spaghetti Swan" for Frers' Swan-like influence), premium build quality (solid fiberglass hull, balsa-cored deck, exquisite teak interior), and excellent performance—fast, balanced, seaworthy, and comfortable for offshore/coastal cruising or club racing.
