Ericson 37

Description

The Ericson 37 is a performance-oriented cruising sloop designed by renowned American naval architect Bruce King in the early 1970s. Launched in 1973 as an IOR (International Offshore Rule) 1-ton racer-cruiser (MkIII 27.5' rating), it was built during Ericson Yachts' golden era of innovative fiberglass construction. With its sleek lines, generous sail plan, and solid build, the E37 was ahead of its time—blending speed for club racing with comfort for coastal or blue water passages. Only about 25–30 hulls were produced before the model ended in 1975, making it a rare gem among Ericson classics.
