Endeavour 24
Description
The Endeavour 24 is a classic fiberglass production sailboat designed by Reg Gardiner, Len Hedges, and John Bott, built by Endeavour Yachts in Australia from 1966 to 1985, with approximately 328 units produced. Featuring a fin keel, transom-hung rudder, raked stem, and spooned bow, it emphasizes stability and ease of handling for coastal cruising and club racing. Powered by outboard auxiliaries (typically 6–9.9 hp in a well) or small diesels, with tiller steering and optional fractional rig, it's a versatile "starter yacht" ideal for beginners or short-handed crews. Variants include Mk1 (original) and Mk2 (stepped cabin for added headroom).
