Drop-In Canoe Rig For Mik Qc-155-Solo
Description
QC-155-solo ~60 lbs, 22" beam at chines, 28" beam at gunwales, LOA 15.5' Mast and boom are stiff. Yard flex under static load (as set with heavy downhaul to flatten sail) ~ 0.13 ft (40mm). Boom flex is about half the yard flex, if that. Might as well design sail for a bit more flex in boom for a future, lighter boom which is easily made.

Disclaimer. Boats are not all the same -- even when produced in the same factory of the same model. Sailrite does its best to publish accurate dimensions, but we often find it worthwhile to have our customers measure their boats carefully before we produce kits for them. You should take the same precautions, especially when the data is not from Sailrite.
