Cross 10.5 Meter
Description
The Cross 10.5 Meter Trimaran, also referred to as the Norman Cross 35 Trimaran (10.5 meters ~ 34.5 feet), is a rare, plans-only American folding trimaran sailboat designed by multihull pioneer Norman Cross in the early 1980s (plans dated ~1980–1982). Intended for home or professional construction using plywood-epoxy stitch-and-glue or cold-molded methods, an estimated 10–20 units were built, reflecting its niche appeal for DIY sailors. It features folding amas (outriggers) that collapse alongside the main hull via stainless hinges, reducing beam from ~22 ft to ~8 ft for trailering.
