Contest 36 Ketch
Description
The Contest 36 Ketch, built by Contest Yachts (Conyplex) in Medemblik, Netherlands, is a classic fiberglass monohull sailboat designed by Dick Zaal and produced between 1973 and 1978. It is a ketch-rigged variant of the Contest 36, known for its robust construction, seaworthiness, and suitability for bluewater cruising and liveaboard use. Approximately 60–70 units of the Contest 36 (sloop and ketch combined) were built, with the ketch version being less common.
