Comfortina 32
Description
The Comfortina 32 is a popular Swedish cruiser-racer designed by Ingemar Boding and built by Comfortbåtar AB (Comfort Boats) in Sweden from 1982 to 1998, during which approximately 860 hulls were produced, making it one of the more successful models from the yard known for solid, seaworthy fiberglass construction. It gained a strong reputation for excellent sailing performance—balanced, responsive, and capable in a wide range of conditions—combined with practical family cruising features like a comfortable interior (typically 2 cabins, galley, heads), robust hand-laid GRP hull, fin keel with spade rudder for good handling, and a fractional sloop rig that allows easy short-handed sailing while delivering good speed and stability (comfort ratio around 24, capsize screening ~2.0).
