Comfort 32
Description
The Comfort 32 is a classic Swedish cruiser-racer designed by Kenneth Albinsson and built by Comfortbåtar AB (Comfort Boats) in Sweden from 1977 to 1982, with approximately 308 hulls produced during its production run. It earned a solid reputation for its balanced sailing performance—quick and responsive yet stable and seaworthy—thanks to its fin keel with spade rudder, hand-laid fiberglass construction, practical family-oriented layout (typically 6 berths in 1–2 cabins plus saloon, good headroom, and functional galley/heads), and a masthead sloop rig optimized for easy handling and good all-around speed, making it popular for coastal cruising, longer passages, and even some liveaboard use in northern European waters.
