Columbia 52

Description

The Columbia 52, designed by legendary naval architect William H. Tripp Jr., was produced by Columbia Yachts (under Whittaker Corporation) from 1972 to 1973 in a very limited run of approximately 10 hulls. This flush-deck masthead sloop represents Tripp's final design—a high-performance racer-cruiser blending speed, stability, and luxury, with the tall rig option boosting sail area for superior light-air performance and upwind pointing, making it a rare gem for offshore racing or long-distance cruising.
