Classic 33

Classic 33

Description

The Classic 33 is a compact American fiberglass cruiser designed by W. Shad Turner as a development of the Laguna 33 (which itself extended the Laguna 30 molds). It was built by Classic Yachts Inc. in Chanute, Kansas, USA, starting in 1995. Production details are limited, with only a small number completed (exact count unknown; thought to be very few, possibly under 50). The design emphasizes roomy accommodations and coastal cruising in a trailerable or easily handled package, with good light-air performance from its moderate displacement and sail plan.
