Centurion 32

Description

The Wauquiez Centurion 32 is an early classic in the Centurion series from French builder Chantiers Henri Wauquiez. Unlike the later Ed Dubois-designed Centurions (like the 36, 38, 42, 47.7, and 59), this model was designed by British firm Holman & Pye (Kim Holman) and produced from 1968 to around 1977, with a relatively higher production run of about 380 units — making it one of the more common and accessible classics from the brand. It's a solid, seaworthy cruiser-racer from the late 1960s/early 1970s era, known for good performance, robust construction, and proven offshore capability (many have crossed oceans multiple times). It emphasizes traditional lines with a fin keel and skeg-hung rudder for balanced handling and protection.
