The Tall Rig variant features a taller mast (about 1.5–2 feet higher than the standard) and a small bowsprit, increasing sail area by roughly 6% for better light-air performance and upwind ability while retaining the boat's easy-handling reputation. It's well-suited for day sails, weekends, or short cruises, with a cozy interior that sleeps 5–6 and a forgiving design ideal for beginners or families.
