Baltic 35

Description

The Baltic 35 is a high-performance racer-cruiser designed by the renowned German firm Judel/Vrolijk & Co. in collaboration with Baltic Yachts' in-house team, built by Baltic Yachts in Finland, and first introduced in 1984. Production ran until 2001, with a total of 45 hulls built, making it a relatively rare and collectible model. Outstanding characteristics include its lightweight advanced composite construction (often balsa-cored for stiffness and reduced weight), fractional sloop rig for responsive handling, lively performance with excellent upwind ability and acceleration, surprisingly spacious and comfortable interior for a 35-footer (accommodating family or short-handed crews), and exceptional build quality with luxurious teak finishes typical of Baltic Yachts—earning it a reputation as a fast, handy, and capable offshore-capable cruiser-racer that remains highly regarded in the used market today.
