Bali 4.2

Description

The Bali 4.2 is a 42-foot (approximately 12.84 meters) cruising catamaran from Bali Catamarans, a division of the Catana Group, launched in 2021 as a successor to the Bali 4.1 and 4.3 models. Designed by Olivier Poncin (concept) and naval architect Xavier Fay, with interiors by Agence Berco Design + Piaton, it upholds Bali's "Open Space" philosophy, emphasizing maximum volume, seamless indoor-outdoor integration, and ease of use for family cruising, liveaboard lifestyles, or charter operations in coastal waters like the Mediterranean, Caribbean, or Pacific. Positioned as an entry-level yet innovative model in the lineup (slotted between the Catspace and 4.4), it prioritizes comfort and modularity over high-performance racing, inheriting Catana's build quality while targeting budget-conscious buyers. Over 50 units have been produced by 2025, with strong demand in charter fleets.

Custom sail calculations are not possible for this boat as no I, J, P and E dimensions are available.

Disclaimer. Boats are not all the same -- even when produced in the same factory of the same model. Sailrite does its best to publish accurate dimensions, but we often find it worthwhile to have our customers measure their boats carefully before we produce kits for them. You should take the same precautions, especially when the data is not from Sailrite.
