Baba 35

Description

The Baba 35 is a classic blue water cruising sailboat designed by renowned naval architect Robert H. Perry and built by the Ta Shing Yacht Yard in Taiwan between 1979 and 1985, with a total of around 72 hulls produced. Originally introduced as the Flying Dutchman 35, it was renamed the Baba 35 and is celebrated for its robust construction, elegant lines, and seaworthiness, drawing inspiration from traditional Scandinavian double-enders like those by Colin Archer. A small number of pilothouse versions were also made, offering enclosed helm protection while maintaining the boat's signature charm.
