AMF Alcort Sunbird 16
Description
AMF Alcort Sunbird (also known as the Sunbird 16) is a classic small daysailer produced by AMF Alcort in the 1970s and early 1980s. AMF (American Machine and Foundry) acquired the Alcort company (famous for the Sunfish) in 1969, and under their ownership, they expanded the lineup with boats like the Sunbird, which was designed as an affordable, family-friendly, and easy-to-handle sailboat for lakes, bays, and protected waters.
