Aloha 32
Description
The Aloha 32 is a Canadian coastal cruising sailboat designed by Mark Ellis and built by Ouyang Boat Works (under the Aloha Yachts brand) in Whitby, Ontario, from 1982 to approximately 1988. This masthead sloop combines robust construction with a spacious interior, making it ideal for family cruising, weekend overnights, and light club racing in protected waters like the Great Lakes, Long Island Sound, or the Intracoastal Waterway. With a moderate fin keel and spade rudder, it offers a balance of stability and maneuverability, though it’s not optimized for heavy blue water passages. An estimated 200–250 units were produced, reflecting its popularity for its size and price point during the 1980s Canadian sailboat boom. L.W.L.: 25' 0" (7.62 m). Beam: 10' 10" (3.32 m). Draft: 4' 9" (1.44 m). Displacement: 9800 lbs. (4445 kg.). Ballast: 4000 lbs. (1814 kg.).

Disclaimer. Boats are not all the same -- even when produced in the same factory of the same model. Sailrite does its best to publish accurate dimensions, but we often find it worthwhile to have our customers measure their boats carefully before we produce kits for them. You should take the same precautions, especially when the data is not from Sailrite.
