1971.  We usually do a small upgrade or repair/refurb each year. Most recently, electronic ignition and Carb Rebuild on The Atomic Four. In 2019 the hull was faired out of dings and dents and given new paint.  Sails are in good condition with The Main being the most worn, of course.  Sails nice.  Atomic Four works. This boat has never seen the salt water. Currently based in Charlevoix, MI.  $4,000.
